What laws are being broken?

“CONSPIRING TO CASTRATE OR MAIM A YOUNG CHILD”

After watching the video of Heather Overstreet, the First question anyone would ask, is Since when is “transgender recruitment” in Elementary Schools appropriate for children (primarily under the age of 10) other than the ultra-rich who fund some major TV shows that forced it down the throats of the vulnerable?

There are now Political Activists Posing as medical counsellors (a crime under several statutes) , Fraudulently claiming GUARDIANSHIP of children in order to COERCE them into irreversible gender surgeries, illegal medical procedures in the state of Missouri.

This is happening in the open and no one was arrested.

Missouri has several laws that could apply to this conduct, including child abuse, child endangerment, unlawful sexual contact, child sexual exploitation, enticement of minors, trafficking, conspiracy, and violations of medical-consent laws. Some carry substantial prison sentences.

The important distinction is that prosecutors must establish the elements of each offense. For example, coercing a child into an unlawful, irreversible medical procedure is a different legal question from providing lawful medical counseling.

Therapists who are not under supervision of a psychologist claim to be treating the children with “hugs”. These are often unqualified and unvetted radical political activists who do not care if it’s good or bad for the kids, but is to satisfy their sexual urge to touch the children.

One of the acronyms they claim to be advancing with the “hugs” is

where the stated purpose is to advance the acceptance of such crimes, would not be covered under

sexual contact with a child at a Public Library (or having them do sex dances in the alleyway, dressing up 8 year old boys in women’s lingerie, teaching stripper dances and stuffing dollar bills in their waistline. And other clear coercive acts that impose them under such adult lifestyle) is not excused by calling the event entertainment, education, mentorship, or caregiving.
